Ultrasonic welding horn is usually used for ultrasonic welding machine. The horns are specially made based on the welding product drawings, physical samples and customer requirements. 15KHZ/20KHZ/30KHZ/35KHZ/40KHZ ultrasonic horns can be customized.

Ultrasonic Horn / Ultrasonic Sonotrode is widely used in ultrasonic welding machine. It's the key for welding various plastic, metal or fabric produts. Meanwhile, Ultrasonic Welding Machine is an ultrasonic welder designed for welding various plastics (PVC, PP, PE, ABS, etc.) and fabrics (Polyester, nonwoven, etc.). It is widely used in welding plastic products, including led lampshade, chargers, reflectors, plastic whistles, pillows, quilt, disposable flat masks, KN95 masks, non-woven bags, filter bags, battery boxes, ammeter boxes and other plastic/ fabric products.

EACH ULTRASONIC HORN IS CUSTOMIZED ACCORDING TO ACTUAL PRODUCT

The ultrasonic horn / sonotrodes are available in the range of 15KHZ - 40KHZ frequency,

including 15KHZ, 18KHZ, 20KHZ, 25KHZ, 28KHZ, 30KHZ, 35KHZ, 38KHZ, 40KHZ.

Three kinds of Ultrasonic Sonotrode's materials are provided:

1. Titanium Alloy (The longest using life with high quality);

2. Aluminum Alloy (We use the USA imported ARCONIC / Germany imported Aleris 7075 Aluminum Alloy to ensure the ultrasonic horn's quality. Aleris is the 3rd largest manufacturer of supplying the Aluminum Alloy raw materials);

3. Mold Steel (Usually used for punching or fabrics sealing).

Also called ultrasonic horns. The optimum oscillation behavior of the ultrasonic sonotrodes is determined by means of FEM (Finite Element Method) calculation. Highest precision requirements in terms of CAD/CAM calculation algorithms guarantee precise 3D contours for sonotrode manufacturing. Measuring and documentation of the amplitude distribution is performed at the vibrating sonotrode using state-of-the-art laser measurement technology. Special surface finishings result in even longer service life spans of the ultrasonic sonotrodes.
